Culinary creativity of the most extreme kind! Every dish a work of art, different textures and tastes which we both found extremely delicious. The first time we went, we started out with the 5-course menu, adding an extra foie gras dish. After 3 courses and an excellent “wine flight” (which we only just realized that evening was an actual term), we were so thrilled, that we adjusted our mission to “taste everything” đ
To that end, we placed an order for all the remaining dishes on the menu and shared one plate of each. I still vividly remember the foie gras, the very best oysters, the suckling pig, the cheese cake …. and the wine…. offering the option to taste every wine and enjoy it by the glass is simply fantastic. This establishment knows how to pair food and wine and make dining out a real experience.
Service was top, and you feel the passion owner’s passion oozing from every inch of this place. Nothing is left to chance. Every object, dish, and wine appears to have been selected for a reason. Even the coffee they serve has its own story and the Gin Tonic is one of the most amazing ones I have ever had. Definitely worth a try and imho currently the best restaurant in Z
