Rating: ★★★★½

One smashing dinner, and in the best company possible: Da unser Freund Gernot in Zürich weilte für ein paar Tage, packten wir die Gelegenheit beim Schopf und verabredeten uns zu einem Nachtessen, zusammen mit Mama und Griff. Tatort: Widder Hotel.

Fast Food Healthy: Wagamama (ZH)

Rating: ★★½☆☆

A recently opened fast food joint in ZH we finally got around to trying: Japanese-inspired menu, although the dishes are very much European-ised. The interior of the place (which is very centrally located) is modern and welcoming, a bit of cantine chic to go along with the modern Asian feel (it reminded us of mall-food places in Shanghai).

Vegetarian: Samses Buffet (ZH)

Rating: ★★★★☆

Perfect for a quick dinner before heading to a movie at one of the cinemas in Kreis 4 (our favorite being the RiffRaff, which is right around the corner): Take-Away from the “Samses”-Buffet.

Weekend in the Ticino

Finally, we were able to spend a few days in the canton Ticino again (during our long trip we continuously spoke about our love for the Italian part of Switzerland) and enjoyed every minute of it. Continue reading ‘Weekend in the Ticino’
